Mayor Carl Sheline is seeking Lewiston High School students who have a passion for--and are actively involved with--writing, music, and art.  In that regard, he is establishing three honorary positions, that of a Writer in Residence, a Musician in Residence (instrumentalist or vocalist), and an Artist in Residence to represent the City of Lewiston.

    Our honorary Writer in Residence will be occasionally asked to compose written pieces for City of Lewiston events, activities, and holidays. In addition, on occasion, the Writer in Residence will be requested to recite his/her work.
