The Landscaping and Treework Division is responsible
for maintaining the City’s urban forest, landscaping in City right-of-ways,
parks and open spaces, roadside mowing and vegetation control and managing
all responsibilities of the former Traffic division including street &
traffic signs & signals and painted street markings.
The Division manages and
implements the City’s tree planting and maintenance program (including the
City’s 50/50 tree program), a hazardous tree program, and Adopt-A-Spot
program for volunteer groups, businesses and individuals to plant and
maintain different areas around the City to beautify the area.. |
