Applications for TEMPORARY
OPENINGS for the Lewiston Recreation Department are now being accepted.

SOCCER INSTRUCTORS Under
the direction of the Program Director, instructors must have knowledge and
ability to instruct youth between the ages of four (4) and nine (9) years old.
Must be reliable and dependable Part/time temporary for eight (8) consecutive
Saturdays training
FIELD HOCKEY INSTRUCTORS
Under the direction of the Director, instructors must have knowledge of Field
Hockey and the ability to teach participants part/time temporary for six (6)
consecutive Sundays
SOCCER DIRECTOR
Instructional Youth Soccer Program must have knowledge of the sport and the
ability to organize, direct and supervise instructors and participants - must be
CPR 1st aid trained willing to submit to a background check Part/time
temporary for eight (8) consecutive Saturday afternoons
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
SUPERVISOR Under the direction of the Director supervisors must be mature
responsible adult to work in a licensed Day Care setting (must be 18 years or
older) provide adequate supervision of children ages five (5) twelve (12 years
old Must be CPR 1st aid trained and willing to submit to a background check
- Part/time temporary Monday Thursday from 3:00 p.m. 5:00 p.m. program
follows school year calendar for vacations and holidays
GYMNASTICS INSTRUCTOR
Assists the Director in instruction and teach gymnast the fundamentals of the
sport on the various levels seven (7) week instructional program knowledge,
background and experience in gymnastics part/time Tuesday 3:30 p.m. 6:30
p.m. and Thursday 4:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m. for the seven (7) weeks September
through June
