TheMaine 200 Bicentennial Paradeis touted as "200 +1," as the festivities celebrating Maine's 200th birthday were postponed from 2020 due to COVID19. However, it will definitely be worth the wait with over 100 units in the parade celebrating "Maine" and all it has to offer with entries from all over the state.The parade begins at 10 a.m. in nearby New Auburn, proceeds through Auburn, crosses the Longley Bridge, and extends past the Kora Temple in Lewiston.

Bicentennial Street Fest
Post parade, running from noon to 4:00 p.m., Lewiston's Lisbon Street will be a "happening place." The Downtown Lewiston Association continues the parade excitement with the Bicentennial Street Fest with music, fun, and activities! Area restaurants and businesses on Lisbon Street also look forward to welcoming both residents and visitors.
